Inspired by a heroine of Camilla Stærk; Danish storyteller Karen Blixen, and the tales from her life in Kenya during the 1920’s and 30’s, and as accounted in her celebrated novels such as ‘Out Of Africa’. The print design of The Dark Spine Rug is an interpretation of a spine silhouette. Constructed of Pure New Wool, the tufted rug is made in Denmark. The design aims to speak to masculine and feminine. An enticing addition to the setting it finds itself in and not an overpowering feature; a complimentary subtle design; moody, textural and mysterious.
